WEEKENDERS | 01.26.15

the photographs

one // Leftover chick-fil-a sweet tea from a mug on a rainy Sunday. I’ve been meal-planning with a little encouragement from this one.

two // The forever frameless pictures.  Once framed, they will become the forever un-hung pictures. (hashtag indecisive)

three // These devotionals make my heart pound.  I love the heart behind Naptime Diaries and their intentional, inspiring, and beautiful products. I’ve had to hide it so I won’t peek too much before Lent!

four // The boy’s favorite ice-cream.

the inspiration

one // Kiki’s new series inviting readers to join in the conversation with an articles club called, “The Chatroom”. I love it when blogs bring people together.

two //  The founder of Naptime Diaries writes here.  This post on the woman she wants to be when she’s 80 was absolutely incredible.

three // Rachel from Oh Simple Thoughts has a practical post on how to stock your panty.  I love that there are no crazy items – just simple, everyday, real life ingredients for food you’ll actually make.

  1. Okay, so I've ALWAYS loved your blog posts (seriously I I have!), but your posts these past few weeks have really hit home for me–like realllly. That said, just wanted to tell you that you're one awesome blogger, friend! Thanks for the shoutout!

And I definitely have the same struggle when it comes to frames. I have a whole stack of white frames from IKEA that I have yet to fill and hang up. Let's just say it's a project I've wanted to do for more than a year now! 🙂

  2. Ah! You are too much!
That means the world coming from you! 🙂

    Seriously, total encouragement.

IKEA is exactly where I am going to be buying our frames. I can't stand spending a lot of money on frames that I know I'm not going to love in a few years (or less – indecisive!).
