Spending a lot of time in discussion or with our noses in books at our favorite coffee shop.
Celebrating friends’ birthdays.
Teaching the family how to play some disc golf.
And teaching this little lady how to throw a disc.
Using the barbeque grill as a marshmallow roasting pit.
And enjoying conversations outdoors and indoors on a visit to my parents’ home.
I’ve come to the realization that this is just one of those seasons in life where there is not a lot of “extra” time in the bank.
And that mornings aren’t for sleeping in.
And that the kitchen might have a few extra dishes in it overnight just because we’re so stinking tired.
And that going to bed at 9 is beautiful.
